Submit a factual claim. It's routed to a Proposer and an independent Verifier that never see each other's reasoning, then to an Adjudicator that flags agreement or disagreement for a human. Every step is written to the append-only record below — the tamper-evident log the governance model depends on. This is the Phase 1 pilot from the proposal, made real.

Each new claim costs a few cents to generate, then is cached and served free. Best-effort: a single model plays all three roles here — the point is the protocol and the visible record, not a claim that three separate labs are involved.
